My TO-DO list ... ever growing ...

When i first walked through this house, glassy-eyed and just 'wow'd' with the checklist of "must haves" ... I really didn't look at the details. Which is surprising to me ... cause i spend an enormous amount of time focusing on details throughout my everyday. We walked the house initially ... and had the gut reaction to the color palette used ('cheddar cheese' orange, 'painters blue tape' blue, 'can't even describe' brown ... which was on most walls & CEILINGS.) Which in hindsight, is actually why i think we were able to negotiate the price must lower than asking, but it distracted us from really looking at it. If the walls were all white, i might have noticed the cracking, the nail holes, or the sloppy splatter dried drips of paint on walls/trim. Which would have UPPED my "home inspection" report costs a grand or two. I would have opened drawers and looked harder at the showers enclosures. After moving into the house, and discovering that obviously the previous home owners we're mechanically inclined has lead to a pretty large 'to-do' list.

I'll walk-through the list daily starting with ...
